• For Villa Solé, North Miami, FL, our team led the glazing and exterior envelope scope for this 6-story, 187-unit mid-rise within the SoLé Mia master plan. The building features floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony glazing designed for South Florida’s stringent wind loads. We supported design coordination, shop drawings, anchor detailing, and performance compliance for a high-end residential structure integrated with ground-level retail.
